Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BrightSpan Glendale Sunrooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.
Services Provided
BrightSpan Glendale Sunrooms provides sunroom installation, patio enclosure, screen room, and related outdoor structure construction services in Glendale, AZ and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, proper permits, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information you give us and our initial assessment of your property. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or unforeseen complications discovered during the project. We will inform you of any significant changes to the quoted price before proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee. Once materials have been ordered or work has begun, you may be responsible for the cost of materials and labor already invested in your project.
Warranties
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our installations as outlined in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products we install. Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects and typically ranges from one to five years depending on the type of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
BrightSpan Glendale Sunrooms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscaping unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Property Access
By hiring us, you grant our team access to your property during scheduled work hours. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring safe access to work areas. We will make reasonable efforts to protect your property during work, but you should remove or protect valuable items near the work site.
Permits and Compliance
We will obtain necessary permits for your project when required. You are responsible for ensuring your project complies with any homeowner association rules or property deed restrictions. Any delays or additional costs resulting from HOA requirements or permit issues may affect the project timeline and cost.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve it. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate issues. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
